What is an eProcurement system?
eProcurement is a general name given to many different systems that streamline the buying process, including the management of purchasing policies, spending controls, and inventory levels.
Cloud-based eProcurement services can be integrated with most ERP systems. Some even have their own marketplace of suppliers that have Punchout catalogs to make sourcing new items easier for buyers. Examples of cloud-based eProcurement services are SAP’s Ariba Network and Coupa eProcurement.
PunchOut
Radwell punchout catalogs increase order accuracy with current pricing and availability.
If your eProcurement system has punchout capability, our team of professionals will work with you to set up and test your punchout system connectivity to our Radwell website. Once setup, your buyers will be able to use your eProcurement system to connect directly to our site to access our ecatalog, add items to the shopping cart, and return the cart to your eProcurement system. This will allow them to follow your internal eProcurement procedures. When ready, your PO is electronically delivered, your order is fulfilled, shipped, and we deliver your eInvoice directly to your eProcurement system. We have the ability to connect to any punchout platform via OCI or cXML.

Radwell supports level 1 punchout
Level 1 PunchOut is an ecommerce website that lets a buyer make purchases from a supplier's website through the Buyer's own eProcurement application. The PunchOut Website has the ability to communicate directly with the buying organization's eProcurement system through cXML.
The Buying organization exits or "punches out" of their company's system and links to the supplier's web-based catalog to select and add items to their shopping cart. Pertinent information about the transaction is delivered to the appropriate channels during the connection.
