1.1 We charge a $7.50 Handling Fee for all Radwell.ca Surplus purchases and a $5.00 Handling Fee for all Repair orders. This is a per order charge that offsets costs related to ESD safe custom packaging and handling supplies for products delivered to and shipped from our facility.
2. Surplus Standard Lead Time:
2.1 We ship thousands of units every day and all of them go through the same strict Quality Assurance system. To complete Quality Control and Testing, we require 2-5 business days for RQANS1, 2-5 business days for RQANS2, and 2-10 business days for RQAUS1.
2.2 If the order is not a true Emergency then Radwell.ca will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge. Emergency same day Quality Control/Testing lead time is available only with Rush Fee applied.
2.3 If you request us to ship the item(s) by UPS Next Day or Second Day Air (etc.) without choosing to pay the Rush Fee, the lead time will be 2-10 business days before we ship. If you need us to ship within 24 hours of your order please contact your sales representative or email CanadaSales@Radwell.ca or call 855-752-9393 and request Emergency Rush Service.
3. Lead Time on RPMFN1 and RISCN1:
3.1 Order shipment will be confirmed before the end of the next business day.
4. Emergency RUSH Service:
4.1 Same Day Quality Control, Repair and Testing lead time is Available. We can ship same day on emergency orders received prior to 3 p.m. EST (CA). Rush Fee is 20% of order volume (CAN$100.00 minimum)(limited to product/repair availability).

5. Please Read - RUSH Order Statement:
5.1 Radwell.ca would like to accommodate your order needs in the best way possible. In order to protect true machine down high priority shipping requests we must include a surcharge for same day Quality Control/Testing lead time. If we do not then we can not effectively guarantee a customer in a true crisis situation a priority shipment.
5.2 Every item leaving Radwell.ca must be reviewed and tested by Quality Assurance, packaged and inspected prior to leaving the building. In order to prevent the system from accepting non-critical orders as rushes we include a 20% surcharge.
5.3 We experience 20-30 true same day emergencies everyday. We ship thousands of units everyday and all of them go through the same Quality Assurance system. In order to move a unit to the front of the line and directly to a Quality Control Team Member there must be a surcharge.
5.4 If the unit is not required as a true emergency then Radwell.ca will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge.
6. Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:
6.1 Customer represents that any supplied credit card or similar information is true and correct and customer has all proper rights in same, that all charges will be honored by customer's credit card company and that it will pay all credit card fees as charged.
6.2 Customer shall also pay all applicable sales tax. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Radwell and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all of them in relation hereto.
7. International Orders
7.1 Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
7.2 These charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
7.3 Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance payment and/or procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
7.4 Credit Card verification may take up to 72 hours. Wire Transfers: Allow 3 - 5 business days for receipt of funds.
7.5 Radwell International’s Emergency Testing Service will expedite the orders, sales, processing, testing, quality assurance, and packaging processes but will not expedite the Credit Card Verification or Wire Transfer processes, or expedite a carrier’s shipping schedule, as these are separate processes/businesses from those of Radwell International, Inc.
7.6 Should any part of this transaction contravene CA or U.S. Export laws, this transaction shall be immediately void and unenforceable.
8. Minimum Order Charge
8.1 In order to maintain a high quality process there is a CAN$50.00 minimum order required.
